House Insurance Flood Plain

not all lenders to obtain data from the flood zone the same place?

I am trying to get a mortgage lender and I said FEMA has reported my property as being in a flood plain. The manufacturer knew this and built the country and had elevations show that the house was not in the floodplain, but apparently did not update the FEMA maps to prove it. Are other Lenders require insurance against floods? Not all lenders through FEMA or local flooding cons of data services to determine if insurance against floods is necessary?

All information comes from the flood zone the same source. For area Flood your home has changed, you must hire an engineer to a letter of amendment map. This is the only way society Mortgage waive your requirement to have insurance against floods. You can get it anyway, because the land is high, does not mean the area will not flood.
